The word ‘content’ gets thrown around a lot in our industry, and let’s face it, it’s a pretty broad description for anything, of any length shot, on a camera or smartphone. But when you call it branded entertainment there’s an obligation to entertain and engage an audience with a brand’s story. And nothing engages an audience like a good story told well.
As a writer, Steve knows how to find a story.

The campaign was described as a ‘Masterclass in branded entertainment’ and won a Cannes Lion and One Show Pencil for their outstanding performance.
Creating emotionally charged stories that move an audience to tears or laughter is Steve’s passion and has proven successful for many brands as diverse as Jacob’s Creek, MYOB software, the Uniting Church, UniSA, Jeep and the legendary Rinaldo DiStasio.
